ReserveDirect’s Lowest Rate Guarantee offer applies to a prepaid room reserved on one of our destination websites where the "Guaranteed Lowest Rate" logo is indicated. Properties that display the Guaranteed Lowest Rate logo are warranted by the property to be the lowest rate publicly available to leisure travel consumers over the Internet when compared to the same property and room on other websites.

To initiate the Lowest Rate Guarantee, you must have secured a prepaid room on one of our sites that displays the Guaranteed Lowest Rate logo and received a valid confirmation number from us.

To submit a claim that you found a lower rate on another website, we must be able to verify the rate on the other website and the rate must be for the same property, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable (i.e. the general public, without having an established account with said website, must be able to view the rate on the website) and available (i.e. the rate and room type is currently available for the same dates and can be reserved online) via the Internet. For multiple night reservations, the rate over the course of the entire stay will be evaluated to determine if the rate is lower.

Provided all the conditions of the Lowest Rate Guarantee offer are met, ReserveDirect will honor the lower rate found on the other website with the following exceptions; a) if your hotel stay begins within the 24 hour period, b) if for any reason we have not received full payment of your reservation, c) rates offered without the specific hotel being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process, d) or if any rates are considered special or discounted in relation to membership clubs or programs, negotiated rates, corporate rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/association/government rates, rates that require coupon/certification redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, deal or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations.

No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Lowest Guarantee Rate shall be permitted except as expressly set forth herein.

Offer void where prohibited by law. ReserveDirect reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate the Lowest Rate Guarantee offer at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. ReserveDirect reserves the right at our own discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Lowest Rate Guarantee offer. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent or deceptive, at our own discretion, will not be honored. ReserveDirect will only honor one qualifying claim per reservation/per lodging property.

Notify us of your claim here. Include your full name, the ReserveDirect confirmation number associated with the claim and the website where the lower rate was found within 24 hours of making your reservation with us.
